After starting work in the early 80’s as a software developer and designer in major Banks in London and New York, David became founder and CEO of 3 financial software product and services businesses (Raft International PLC, Ceres Trading Systems and DPA). David is Executive Director of CubeLogic leading sales, marketing and business development. With over £60 million in major capital software products sold David brings a wealth of experience in the Risk management arena. With a keen interest in corporate culture, man management and leadership together with extensive experience of the whole sales cycle David will drive both organic growth for CubeLogic and keep a keen eye open for corporate activity. The floatation of Raft International also provided David with 5 years experience as both Chairman and CEO of a public company. As Chairman of Raft, David was proud to accept the AIM award for the fastest rising share in 2003.

Before joining Cubelogic Lee was Product Strategy Director for energycredit, an award-winning credit risk platform for the energy industry. During his time there the client base doubled, he oversaw the successful release of a web-based version of the software suite, and launched an advanced workflow engine, as well as overseeing the successful implementation for large Tier one players such as Shell, EON, Statoil and Essent. He was also successful in launching the first live SaaS version of energycredit. Prior to energycredit Lee helped Barclays Capital build a full Basel II platform. Lee has a unique combination of fifteen years in-depth business expertise working in risk and trading, coupled with a detailed technical knowledge.

Before joining Cubelogic Riyaz was techno-functional manager for EnergyCredit at the Bangalore Development Centre. He took over various responsibilities including product development, team management and also headed a technical team for research and development. Riyaz has more than 13 years of experience in Project Management, Software Application Development and Team Management, with the last 8 years at Financial Objects (Temenos) formerly Raft International, involved in product development and enhancements of EnergyCredit formerly known as raftCredit. Riyaz holds a degree in master of computer applications and graduated in science from Karnataka University.

Romil Shah has more than ten years of experience at an executive level in the financial markets and financial services industry. He was asssociate director in financial objects, heading a development team for EnergyCredit product in Bangalore. During his tenor on EnergyCredit, he has worked on various implementation projects at Shell, Chevron and RWE clients. Romil has designed the credit scoring product which is widely recognised to evaluate creditworthiness of counterparty internally. Earlier he assumed responsibilities in risk management division of Clearing Corporation of India and forex management in Vadilal Industries respectively. Romil holds engineering degree from Gujarat university and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
